Can I Pay Later?

Because we’re a small team, we expect payment at the end of every appointment. Please make sure your insurance information is up to date before coming in or plan for alternative payment options if your insurance doesn’t cover the services we provide.
We accept cash, debit, and most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
We can also provide flexible payment options for major medical and aesthetic services. Please speak to our staff about these options before your appointment.

Do You Provide Records to My Primary Doctor?

We will happily provide your primary doctor with information about your eye health.
When you become a patient of ours, we’ll take your doctor’s name, phone number, fax number, and address so we can keep them informed.
If you change your primary doctor, please let us know and we’ll update their information.
